I have had an extremely positive experience with Attic Self Storage Harrow from the very first interaction. Amy was super helpful and provided multiple options, including at one of their other locations that was much more cost effective. My interactions with Jamie (Store Manager) throughout the process have been excellent and he’s a true professional who provides exemplary service. Every email is promptly responded to and help is offered as needed. I would highly recommend Attic Storage Harrow for the convenience, cost and service.

I contacted Attic Arrow for our move from New York to London, and Maria Basile handled our case brilliantly. The entire international transfer was executed with incredible precision and care. My fiancé and I were particularly anxious about storing our belongings since we couldn't be in London to receive them and arrange the self-storage personally. However, Maria went above and beyond, managing the entire process seamlessly. She kept us informed at every step, ensuring our possessions were not only safely transported but also properly secured in storage.
The level of service we received far exceeded our expectations, making what could have been an overwhelming experience remarkably smooth.
We're incredibly grateful for Maria's outstanding support and Attic Harrow's impeccable service. We'll definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend them to anyone planning an international move.

Macro has been one of the friendliest people I’ve ever come across. The level of expertise and customer service has far exceeded my expectations. A role model for all Attic Self Storage workers to aspire to. Gave me a tour, offered me tea and coffee, gave me his honest and expert opinion. He’s the reason I came back to take storage space from here. I went to every other storage facility today to decide which facility to go with and none of them gave me the same time and attention as Marco did.
It’s not the business that sells, it’s the individual representing the business that sells. Marco is an amazing individual that deserves his praise!

Fantastic new storage building with friendly helpful staff, especially Maria, who has been so helpful advising on our unit and move (including recommending a great local moving company). Building is warm, spotlessly clean and easy to access. Price is also great for us as we are using it for a fixed three months so the whole stay is currently on half price offer!

Attic Self Storage is truly outstanding! The facility is impeccably clean and well-organized, making it a pleasure to visit every time. The spacious parking area makes it super convenient to load and unload, and the fact that it’s open 24/7 is a huge plus. A special mention to Maria, who was incredibly helpful and kind. Her professionalism and willingness to assist really made a difference. Highly recommended!
