Samantha and Charlene on the front desk were also both brilliant – their genuine smiles lit up the reception as soon as I walked in, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. It honestly felt like some of the best customer service I’ve had in years. Nothing was forced or scripted, just warm, genuine, and professional support from start to finish. What a lovely suprise. I wholeheartedly recommend!
