I was only at the unit a few times during my stay but every single time there was a friendly, helpful member of staff ready to assist with any issues or questions. In particular, Samantha was just amazing! She was always smiling, went above and beyond and was incredibly helpful. If there were more people like Samantha in the world, it would certainly be a much better place!

I used my storage room for five months and was delighted with the service. Natalie (who made my initial booking over the phone) was friendly, helpful and efficient. Unlike some other similar services, her sales approach was relaxed and flexible, never pushy. Whenever I came to collect or unload items into my unit the reception staff Natalie, Samantha, Charlene and Anthony were so smiley and helpful. I would highly recommend the Big Yellow Storage Co, Balham.

They both answered all my questions and made clear the whole process. The facilities are spotless, secure and easily accessible, with plenty of parking and flexible options. Booking and accessing my unit was straightforward, and I felt confident that my belongings were in safe hands. I used the storage Big Yellow at Balham.
The staff Samantha, Charlene and Anthony were really friendly and helpful, made my moving in easy to do. Plus lots of trolleys and space and a good environment.
