If I could give 10 stars I would to Samantha as well as to Anthony. I moved my household from the US which started early May and ended today. Each stage posed it's own complications, and today could have gone very badly for me. I originally connected with Samantha back in June. There were delays with the Visa, with the ToR1 form, so she and Anthony were gracious enough to move my date back multiple times which I suspect must have already been trying. And there was a major communication breakdown with my movers on the UK end. I had not been contacted to schedule the actual delivery, yet this morning I woke up to missed calls and a voicemail letting me know that the movers had been waiting hours to get into the facility. Samantha read the notes on the account, understood I had just asked to move the date back again the day prior, read between the lines, and did everything in her power to treat the drivers with the upmost respect and hospitality while she scrambled to get a hold of me, find a room suitable in size, and get my contract fast tracked. On top of that, she not only honored the promotional rate I had negotiated back in June, but she gave me a bigger room on the ground floor in order to solve the quagmire because the room I sought to reserve had been sold out. She did everything graciously with a smile and such understanding. It would have cost me an additional $1000 had she not held it all together today. Navigating all of this as been harrowing, but because of Samantha, Anthony, and the team communicating so well and providing such great service at Big Yellow Self Storage at Balham I feel secure, happy, and well looked after.
