I used this location during a house move. The experience was really positive from start to end. The website was easy to use and the staff at Bromley were super friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the courtesy call the week before to let me know what to expect when I checked in because i was so busy with the move and this helped avoid any stress. The storage is very clean and well organised. Access is secure but hassle-free. Very happy with Big Yellow and would use this location again.
