I have been a customer for almost 4 years and the service has been great. Someone is always on hand to help. If I call and have to leave a message, someone always calls me back within an hour or 2 and my query is delt with quickly and efficiently. I have moved rooms today and the moving process is very straightforward. Nick and Jo are extremely helpful, thank you for a stress free service every time!

The experience with Bug yesterday in Bromley was amazing! Everything went smoothly and the staff were always there to help and support. Nick and Joe have been amazing with every occasion and super friendly! Great experience from the start to the end
