I have been here since last year and since the new manager has come in the team here are the best. Almas has trained all the team members to a very high focused on customer service and care. They all now go out of there way to help all customers. This has made me get a bigger room as I feel comfortable that big yellow will look after me fir the longer period.

Great location. Easy access. Gemma did the paperwork and explained all. Fast. Salah showed the room and helped change the size as I book one that was too big. Great service guy, keep it up. Go and see Gemma for a good deal.

It was a fantastic experience atvthe Dagenham branch, however the staff there were great but Gemma went above and beyond to cater for all my needs. She is an absolutely wonderful lady and a huge tremendous asset to big Yellow establishment.

I worked with Gemma and Almas at the Dagenham storage and i was rushing around despite trying not to be last minute.com but they were very helpful especially Gemma. I have to give her a special mention for her understanding and reason. I feel she was the perfect balance for great customer service. Keep it up girl!

I visit Big Yellow, and i meet jemma and Almas both of them, both of them have a very good nature and talk very well. I talked on the reception on them, both of them supported me a lot Help and the quality of their box is very good, so I speak them very well that they do very good work
