Despite arriving a little bit late, we still got attended, and the whole process only took around 10-15 min. The service was good, and the employers were really nice, making it a comfortable space. They also let you check the space you are going to use before buying it and change it if necessary, which was quite useful in my case, so it is a good option if you are not sure how much space you will need and you need to change it afterwards.

We dealt with Kat who was very professional, had great effective communication and a warm personality. She was very helpful in helping us to decide what we needed and made the process quick and easy.

Very good, professional and caring staff who are very eager to support you during a busy moving process. Karyn was particularly helpful to me. Making the necessary adjustments I needed to ensure I didn't experience additional stress during my move. I was also pleased with how she and her team took ownership of an issue I encountered and rectified it as soon as they could. During my stay, my interactions with her and the team were always very positive.
