Big Yellow Self Storage - Finchley North

After a wasted visit to another provider, 'Sh....rd', whose space was the advertised size but a completely different shape (I should apparently have known that dimensions on their website were 'generic'), Big Yellow North Finchley was splendidly diffierent. A named person (Ashley Daly) answered my email promptly. At my request, he then checked the dimensions of the space and "took the liberty" to attach a brief video of it. Pricing was similar to elsewhere. I registered mainly online, but partly when I arrived to check in., where I found Ashley -- indeed no bot. -- made the process completely unstressful and efficient, with a smile too. Storage is open only in the daytime, which might not suit everyone, but the setup is perfect for me, and it means Big Yellow staff are always around., not at the end of an emergency number.

I visited the Big Yellow Storage Facility North Finchley to pick up an order. It was easy to find and ample parking. There were two people working in reception, Mercy and Shabana, who were very helpful and polite. They had our order ready quickly and they were extremely helpful. Big shout out to Mercy who was our customer liason.

The team is amazing. Especially Ashley, Joe and Shabana. They are very considerate and very respectful and always adhere to our special requests. I highly recommend them
