We just rented a unit at Big Yellow and I have to say that the employees are very friendly and helpful. I was struggling in the lift the other day with 2 trolleys being pushed to our car and one employee helped me without hesitation and greeted me before he did so which made me feel more welcome. If anyone needs a a self storage to rent, this will definitely be my first recommendation.

I would give the customer service more than 5 stars if I could! He waited for me even though i came after the working hours and helped me with my stuff. Love you bro and I hope your girl is not mad because of me 😂❤️
