My experience there was honestly very good! A few days ago, I went to ask for some advice and help, the manager very kindly explained everything to me and helped me a lot! And yesterday there was a very lovely lady and a young man who was very supportive! This place has a very good customer service! I am super pleased with all the support and kindness they showed me! The staff are amazing here they really provide the best customer service however Dan on the other hand goes above and beyond he didn’t give you the feel that your here for business he provide a premium experience saying that Georgia the new staff member is doing amazing as well she really is making me feel comfortable and gives really good advice she is definitely learning from Dan the store has really been great to since I have come here Matt Sophie were amazing and Dan has taken over really well

I came in today and Georgia from the Hayes branch was extremely helpful!! She was very patient with us and gave us her full attention even when it started to get busy, we never felt rushed by her. She explained everything clearly and showed us to our storage room.
