If I could give Marc and Kate 6 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would. They were polite, professional, very friendly and extremely helpful. They made the whole process of renting a space at Big Yellow Self Storage Hounslow very easy and hassle free, especially given that I did not live locally. They explained the whole process from start to finish and I was extremely impressed with the whole set up. The fact that I could rent a certain size of space for a specific number of days, without having to pay per month was perfect (you do pay upfront for the month but the days not used are refunded). In addition to this, when my plans changed Marc was extremely helpful and made a stressful situation for me completely smooth. I would highly recommend Big Yellow Hounslow to anyone needing clean, safe, secure and hassle free storage in London and I would happily use the company in any other location in the UK.
