I am long time customer and know these people so well, like manager Alison, and Samantha and Randip....I very happy with their service , helping with any issue I have.
It makes me to feel good and relax,no matter how many problems you have...

Initially I was greeted by Samantha, who is an absolute legend! She was extremely helpful and knew her stuff. She helped us with the best options for us! And then also Allison who was also an absolute star! My experience here was outstanding! I fell behind on a payment and instead of getting upset like most people would, they were extremely helpful and guided us the best possible way until things were bought back on track! Thank you for the great service and experience

I recently used this storage facility and had a fantastic experience thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Sam, Randy, and Alison. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They answered all my questions patiently, helped me choose the right unit for my needs, and made sure everything was ready when I arrived.

Awesome service. Randeep and Alison at the Ilfirs store were totally amazing.They gave very good advice and were super supportive. The weather was very hot and they gave me endless glasses of cold water that tasted like champagne to me. Such kind gestures from them. That is what I term “ Great Customer Service”. Lovely and friendly duo

This place has excellent customer service with such great staff!
We went looking around for storage places but were not sure, were confused and had a lot of questions, it just didn’t felt right to go ahead. But when we came here we felt welcomed with such lovley staff. Randeep is a gem. He spoke to us clearly stating all good options for us, answered all our queries and made us feel at ease. We were sure we were in safe hands.
