Initially I was greeted by Samantha, who is an absolute legend! She was extremely helpful and knew her stuff. She helped us with the best options for us! And then also Allison who was also an absolute star! My experience here was outstanding! I fell behind on a payment and instead of getting upset like most people would, they were extremely helpful and guided us the best possible way until things were bought back on track! I stored my belongings here for several years and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Poppy and the rest of the team were always so kind, professional, and truly went out of their way to be helpful.
