Big Yellow Self Storage - Kennington

I had a great experience with Big Yellow Self Storage in Kennington, especially thanks to Clarissa, who was fantastic, super friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. I had a last minute request for a storage unit, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. The customer service over the phone was also efficient and supportive. The storage areas are exceptionally clean and well maintained, with a clear focus on health and safety, which made moving items in and out much easier. There are plenty of storage size options available, which is really convenient depending on what you need. The only downside is the price. It’s definitely on the expensive side. It’s great for short term use but if you’re looking for long term storage, you might find better value elsewhere. That said, if budget allows, I’d highly recommend them for the quality of service and overall experience.

The team here at Big Yellow Kennington have consistently been helpful and courteous. Always with a positive outlook too. Big up all the team. I cleared my unit this week using Bakaa Vans who were also top tier service, great price and super efficient. Thanks.

We got an incredibly helpful guy here called Finn who assured us all of our stuff would fit in the storage we had booked and gave us some tips on how to get it all in. He even lent us his ladder to stack things up to the roof and gave us free out of hours access, what a brilliant guy to have on your team Big Yellow!

Patrice showed good customer service and was so patient. She went above and beyond to help us and was keen on making sure our needs were met. She is lovely!

From start to finish I was helped by Finn who was super helpful and made my stressful situation seem very easy. Very happy with the service 10/10 would reccomend !
