Finn was fantastic to work with! He explained things clearly and concisely. We walked to my unit and I was able to get a better idea of what I was paying for before putting any money down, which I loved! I would recommend working with him and this company for your storage needs.

After a long flight from the US, I realized I had booked the wrong Big Yellow. I also knew that I wasn’t going to be able to give UK bank details because I’m not a citizen. Jonathan was SO accommodating and SO kind. He offered me a cup of coffee when I mentioned I was just coming off my flight from the US and didn’t sleep. It made my day. The process was so easy and it was the warmest welcome to London I could’ve asked for. Thank you so much!

Super smooth experience from start to finish. The staff are friendly, helpful and always on hand to assist. The facility is clean, secure and easy to access at any time. I felt completely at ease leaving my belongings here. Highly recommend if you need reliable storage in London. Jho.

I had a great experience with Big Yellow Self Storage in Kennington, especially thanks to Clarissa, who was fantastic, super friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. I had a last minute request for a storage unit, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. The customer service over the phone was also efficient and supportive. The storage areas are exceptionally clean and well maintained, with a clear focus on health and safety, which made moving items in and out much easier. There are plenty of storage size options available, which is really convenient depending on what you need. The only downside is the price. It’s definitely on the expensive side. It’s great for short term use but if you’re looking for long term storage, you might find better value elsewhere. That said, if budget allows, I’d highly recommend them for the quality of service and overall experience.
