I used this storage company during a house move and had a really good experience. The facilities were great—clean, well-sized, and easy to access with trolleys and plenty of parking. Rachel was especially brilliant. She helped me pick the right storage unit for my things and made sure I understood the whole process, clearing up any confusion along the way. She was really lovely and made everything straightforward. I'd definitely recommend them, and Rachel in particular, for making what could have been a stressful situation much easier.

Rogerio and the whole team were super friendly and very helpful. I had some awkward shaped fine art sculptures that I was worried would be difficult to fit into storage. Rogerio went out of his way to show me various sizes and dimensions of units with a tape measure to find the right one and prevent having to go far up in size/price. This made the whole experience relaxing and reassuring. He also makes a great coffee!

I’ve had a storage room where for last 1.5-2 years - great bunch of staff, totally hassle free, feels secure no matter what time of day/night I visit. More than reasonable price £10 for extended hours access all month 5am-11pm; never had any issues with lifts or trolleys on arrival — strongly recommend for a safe, smooth and reputable storage solution, even for longer term. Thanks again!

Wonderful facility, special compliments to Shaz, answered all the questions I had and showed me around in a very respectful and timely manner. I was a little unsure if I wanted to have my storage here but after visiting and the exemplary customer services I was sold.
