I moved from another storage to Big Yellow storage which is closer to my new home. It is just different from my previous one. The lift is massive and fast with perfect loading area. Particular mention their stuffs Josh at the reception and Tom from their company headquarter. They are so friendly and helpful!

Big thanks to the team at BYS North Kingston, Josh, Csaba and Demetrius have all been incredible to work with. The facility is brand new and has provided us with all the space and access we could ever need, but most importantly the service has been unbelievable! The team have always gone above and beyond to help and accommodate any shifts and changes that have occurred during our move.

Chubba is probably the best person who will serve you at North Kingston, he even remembered us from a month back when we popped in just to view the rooms. He really took care and explained things to us well. 10/10
