I couldn't rate Big Yellow Storage at New Malden any higher! Everything from start to finish was flawless. We had to store contents of a 3 bed house temporarily. Quite stressful at first as it was all last minute but Aled guided us through and made the whole process so much easier. Super helpful and extremely professional at all times. Top notch service at a reasonable price. A wonderful team, special thanks to Aled. Highly recommend!

I recently rented a storage unit at The Big Yellow, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From the moment I walked in, Judith greeted me with a warm smile and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. She helped me choose the perfect unit for my needs and made the entire process seamless. On move-in day, Todd was incredibly helpful. He ensured I had all the necessary supplies. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made the experience stress-free. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I feel confident that my belongings are safe here. Overall, the excellent customer service provided by Judith and Todd sets this storage place apart from the rest. Highly recommend!
