Dan was really helpful from start to finish. He quickly pointed out that I was about to rent a unit big enough to store a small car, when all I needed was something far more sensible—and at a better price too. His communication throughout has been great.
Also, a quick mention for Dave, who kindly made me a glass of their finest tap water when I came in to set everything up — If the storage game ever gets dull, he might have a future behind a bar!

Great experience. Was able to move my stuff from a bigger unit to a smaller one with Dan’s help.
Also big fan of David - was super nice to me on a particularly hard day when I first moved in.

Great experience with Dan and the team at Big Yellow Storage in Orpington. Always a friendly face, smile and warm greeting when you pop in, and really helpful on the phone and with all matters trying to get the best for their customers.
Highly recommend the Orpington branch if you are looking for somewhere to store your belongings!

Been using the big yellow in Orpington on and off for the last5 years. All the team there have always been so helpful both with arranging storage and additional units as well as resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.
Would definitely recommend them and continue to use them myself.

Having to use a storage facility came at a super stressful time for me but Dave was an absolute hero. He made the check in (and subsequently the check out) process super easy and straightforward. He was always quick to help with a smile and kind word. My thanks will never be enough. I would highly recommend this facility.
