Very good experience so far. From my enquiry and questions with Anthony to dropping my stuff off to the unit yesterday and getting set up with Hannah and the storage manager (sorry I couldn’t remember your name)… everything was gone through and explained throughly with Anthony and Hannah and they assisted with any concerns I had about the space not being big enough etc. Great service, highly recommend.

Brilliant service, and will choose to use Romford Big Yellow in the future. I was greeted by Anthony who gave me a warm welcome. He explained the process in great detail and patiently answered all my questions. All the staff have been very polite and friendly since I first called to enquire about the service. Hannah and Mandy were most helpful in getting me setup and storing quickly within the hour. Would most definitely recommend!
