So far, we have had significant experience with this storage unit service. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the staff are very professional and helpful. Caroline, who assisted me, was wonderful and made the process of storing my items stress-free. She explained the contract thoroughly, gave us a tour of the facility, and taught us how to use the storage unit. I appreciate her kindness and patience throughout the process. Overall, we highly recommend this service to anyone in need of storage.
