Special thanks to Hayat, who was incredibly friendly and supportive. She made the whole process very easy and pleasant – a truly sweet and helpful person! I recommend customers complete the initial check-in online to speed up the process for their own comfort and to support the team. Really appreciated Paul’s help as well. He was kind and professional, took the time to show me around, and clearly explained everything, including the fire exit, assembly point, and alternative entrance. Security is taken seriously here. The entrance and exit are constantly monitored by CCTV, and each room has a designated sensor to ensure safety and track movement. This gives me real peace of mind. Big Yellow also offers a great discount for the first two months, which is a nice bonus. From the third month onward, you can set up a direct debit for convenient monthly payments. Overall, I’m very satisfied and highly recommend Big Yellow Self Storage to anyone looking for a secure, clean, and professional storage solution.

My experience was amazing! I had a call with Paul, who was incredibly kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was very helpful and made the process so smooth. When I arrived at the store, Farah continued right where Paul left off. She showed me around, helped me find my locker, and explained everything clearly. She was so kind and bubbly, it really made a difference. Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend both Paul and Farah, as well as this storage facility. The prices are also very reasonable, especially for students.

Used this service twice, once last year and once this year. Hayad was a great communicator and very patient, we had excellent chats last year. Today it was Paul who checked me in and he also did a great job, explained everything clearly. It is quite easy to set up and use, with online check-in and fair prices (I got a discount both times).
