We’ve been to Big Yellow Self Storage Tolworth a couple of times during our moving process, and the staff have always been really friendly and helpful. On our first visit, Tina helped us find the right storage unit, and on my next visit Declan assisted us with upgrading to a larger unit. He was very kind and made sure we got a room on the same floor, which made moving our things much easier. Great service from both Tina and Declane, thank you!

Booked in some boxes as I’m moving house which is a stressful situation in itself. I was running late due to traffic. I called and was assisted by Judith who was so helpful. She took her time to explain everything in detail and helping me move everything in on time before closing. I’m very appreciative and would recommend using this service!

I've been a customer for a few years now! The service has always been amazing. Professional. Polite and helpful. I had to visit my unit today and was greeted with smiles. Judith helped me today and she was so helpful and bubbly. A big thank you to her. The prices are not the cheapest. You pay for what you get.

She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I chose the right unit for my needs, and went above and beyond to make the whole process stress-free.
