I've been a customer for a few years now! The service has always been amazing. Professional. Polite and helpful. I had to visit my unit today and was greeted with smiles. Judith helped me today and she was so helpful and bubbly. A big thank you to her. The prices are not the cheapest. You pay for what you get.

We have been planning to get a storage place for a while and after many months finally decided to go in and have a look. We are so glad we did, as the place is perfect for all your small household to big business storage. The staff were very helpful and friendly from the beginning all the way to us moving in, especially Alex (Assistant Manager) Her friendliness and giving us all the information we needed was higher than expected. Place is easy to locate, affordable and spacious and all your needs are perfectly matched. Highly recommend and we regret we did not go earlier.

My daughter and son in laws rental flat was flooded by the flat above. As a consequence of the work needing to be done they have been handed notice to leave the flat. At was has been an incredibly stressful time for them Big Yellow Storage have been amazing. Judith has been so helpful from the start assisting in the size of the unit required, helping with advice on your packing boxes and even advising on removal options when the van they had booked didn't turn up! Judith and the other staff we have seen are friendly faces who welcome us as we load up the unit. Many thanks for a superb service we couldn't recommend you any higher.

We have recently used the Tolworth branch for storage for 6 months. The staff couldn't have been more helpful during our time. If you are needing storage, I'd highly recommend going here. If you have any questions, the staff will willingly help and support where they can.
