A good experience thanks to the good advice by Shakti at the Denham branch. He kindly showed me the various sizes of units and worked out the prices. He was patient and explained everything step by step, so everything went smoothly. The only negative is the bad phone signal so had to keep going out to speak to consult with the family about the storage unit.

Friendly and helpful staff. Checked in by a guy who was still undergoing training but who went out of his way to ensure that we knew everything that we needed to and were familiar with how security PINs, alarms etc. worked. Just one suggestion for improvement: We could only see/find one of the smallest trollies that are much easier to use than the variety of other much larger ones. It would be great if there were a few more available, particularly during busier times.
