Sylwia was lovely, helpful, kind and professional.
She showed us around and helped us with everything with setting up our storage space & our online account. The venue is clean and well laid out. All the meandering corners make the trolleys turn circle easy to drive.
Have used this location (Wandsworth) many years ago & are happy to return to them.

Excellent service and infrastructure in the sense of security, location and organising. Customer service is really good as well, from the quotation until the last minute. The only “issue” I had was the mandatory in person attendance to sign papers and original ID presentation before loading the room. I do understand the security concerns, but this is a big hassle specially as it’s required to be done before the arrival of your items or at the same time, otherwise they can’t access the room (Moving companies has to stay in hold, costing more to the final client).
