Called and spoke to Dominique on the phone to talked me through everything and suggested the product based on my needs. Went to the storage unit that day and everything was sorted amazingly. The lady in the shop was extremely helpful and friendly and explained everything in great detail. Overall brilliant!

Excellent service and infrastructure in the sense of security, location and organising. Customer service is really good as well, from the quotation until the last minute. The only “issue” I had was the mandatory in person attendance to sign papers and original ID presentation before loading the room. I do understand the security concerns, but this is a big hassle specially as it’s required to be done before the arrival of your items or at the same time, otherwise they can’t access the room (Moving companies has to stay in hold, costing more to the final client).
