Big Yellow Self Storage - Wapping

The service is very safe and convenient. And very easy to collect. Tiarn is very friendly and cute. I really recommend Big yellow to store your stuffs.

Have had a good experience with Big Yellow except for a flood which happened a few months ago and resulted in many of our items getting soiled. The day it happened, we felt the staff on shift were undertrained as they didn't even apologise or offer us ways to get the water cleaned up but, the following day, the new staff member was very apologetic and made sure we came to a solution quickly. The insurance claim went smoothly so no complaints there - just make sure to keep your storage list updated with them. This event as well as the occasional unclear rate increases are why I give it 4 stars instead of 5. Outside of that though, the staff are usually very responsive, kind and helpful so can recommend.
