The whole process from start to finish was excellent. All questions answered, clear pricing. Very friendly staff which makes the experience a lot better. Accepting all our deliveries and keeping us informed when they arrived is perfect, the deliveries is our business so this service really helps.

The service was exceptional. I was given a cup of coffee from Eden! To comfort me and she spoke about my distress. Eden was very warm and welcoming. Maviola, was very warm funny and friendly and very empathetic and understanding. Kalu, was very friendly and welcoming! The biscuits and coffee were nice and so was the service! -Leanne-

My experience today at the big yellow storage centre was great. I was welcomed and checked in by Mariola who was very friendly and helpful. She gave me helpful advice about the storage rooms so i could choose the best one for me. Very good service
