We have had a few units at Big Yellow West Norwood and they are always so helpful, especially Mariola, who knows me when I walk in and knows me, the story with my units and how we have far too much stuff! She’s always checking we are getting best value and offering help and advice where she can. Recommend them.

The service was exceptional. I was given a cup of coffee from Eden! To comfort me and she spoke about my distress. Eden was very warm and welcoming. Maviola, was very warm funny and friendly and very empathetic and understanding. Kalu, was very friendly and welcoming! The biscuits and coffee were nice and so was the service! -Leanne-

I spoke to Eden Berhe over the phone. She explained the services very kindly and professionally. I came and she advised me further on the best options for my needs. I felt valued. She's just fantastic!
I also came to store another day and Mariola served me again she was very understanding. All the staff are great! I am happy with the whole service of Big Yellow Self Storage. 👌
