The service was exceptional. I was given a cup of coffee from Eden! To comfort me and she spoke about my distress. Eden was very warm and welcoming. Maviola, was very warm funny and friendly and very empathetic and understanding. Kalu, was very friendly and welcoming! The biscuits and coffee were nice and so was the service! -Leanne-

lovely staff( sorry I didn’t catch the names) on reception , we travelled from Shropshire to collect from a 100cube unit @8;30am for opening time and were greeted with an. Warmly smile and help with anything we needed, trolleys/lifts/toilet/passcodes etc,thanks for your hospitality 🤩Shrewsbury removals H&A

Excellent service at this self-storage facility. From the very beginning, Eden and Mariola were incredibly friendly and professional, answering all our questions and helping us choose the perfect storage space for our needs. The facility is spotless, well-secured, and easily accessible. Definitely a great option for anyone looking for a reliable place to store their belongings.

I have had a storage unit with you for over a year and I must say I have always received a great level of customer service from ur staff.
I had to downsize my storage today, due to the recent price increase and managed to do this quickly and efficiently with the help from Kalu, he sorted my requirements and answered my questions quickly and effectively.

The team, the service I love everything about my storage with Big Yellow west Norwood, especially Eden and her manager- they are literally stars- a listening ear, understanding, and super helpful. In a world where everything seems to be becoming robotic, seeing a person or speaking to one on the phone is a great change. Thank you guys, I appreciate you all.
