I have just got a letter telling me I've been given to the debt collectors for giving the storage back by 13 not 15 days. I was with shurgard for 1 year before this in a different area. Thanks for putting me to a debt collector (73 pound i will pay it right now) instead of phoning me. Use a different storage company there is another one that is just as cheap and has as many places in london look it on google. Use a different company. *I phoned them and I payed the money back directly to them not the debt collectors, so everything is OK now. Didn't have to pay extra 👌

Both Jamal and Michelle offered excellent customer services and help. Very good experience Left with a much bigger unit at an extremely good price as well as a direct line to branch which is very reassuring.
