Siobhan was a super star, in the way that she assisted me. I was having some online issue confirming my id. I was told that I could confirm my I.d. at the Chingford Shurgard. Siobhan took my id, then took me through all the steps to download the app, and how the system works. It was great help. She asked if I wanted to see the storage room I had rented. I was showed what happens at the gate using the app. Where to get a trolley and how to use the lift. Then I was shown the lockup and how the padlock works and even advised on how the pack the room to make fuull use of the space. I was greatly impressed with the 5 star service I received. Very happy!

I arrived at Shurgard in Chingford with my Grandson and was met by a very friendly and helpful Siobhan, she showed us around the different size rooms that are available and the prices. I have to say very clean and tidy premises. No food is allowed, so no rodents, that put my mind at rest as I am storing a couple of pieces of expensive furniture. Overall I think I have made a very good choice. Oh and the security app is very easy to use especially for us golden oldies 😃. Sylvie
