The booking process was simple and straightforward, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The storage units were clean, secure, and easily accessible, with great lighting and clear signage. I felt completely at ease leaving my belongings there, knowing that everything was protected with 24/7 security and CCTV. One thing that really stood out was their customer service. Every time I had a question or needed assistance, someone was available and ready to help. They genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to ensure a smooth experience. Prices were very reasonable compared to other storage companies in the area, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. Needed storage while undergoing some building works at home. Very happy with the Shurgard Crayford storage facility and from the service received with Mike - the whole process was smooth, quick and efficient. Didn’t find the place too busy and was always able to find available trolleys. Will use again for future storage needs.

The service received at the Crayford branch was excellent. When we arrived on site the allocated unit was smaller than needed but the on site personnel (Mike) was super helpful found us a bigger unit without any fuss and made the stressful process of moving our belongings into storage as straight forward as possible. I would highly recommend.
