The booking process was simple and straightforward, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The storage units were clean, secure, and easily accessible, with great lighting and clear signage. I felt completely at ease leaving my belongings there, knowing that everything was protected with 24/7 security and CCTV. One thing that really stood out was their customer service. Every time I had a question or needed assistance, someone was available and ready to help. They genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to ensure a smooth experience. Prices were very reasonable compared to other storage companies in the area, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. Highly recommended if you're looking for safe, affordable, and professional storage solutions. I’ll definitely use them again in the future!

I used this facility yesterday and was very impressed with the service I received. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and I managed to store all my things using the trolleys provided. Needed storage while undergoing some building works at home. Very happy with the Shurgard Crayford storage facility and from the service received with Mike - the whole process was smooth, quick and efficient. Didn’t find the place too busy and was always able to find available trolleys. Will use again for future storage needs.
