Shurgard Self Storage - Croydon Purley Way

Both receptionists drink vinegar at their breakfast. Unprofessional and not trained to be in the front of the office. Unfortunately! The building is good, secure and easy to access. Just need some training to be more kind with the customers.

Gareth at Shurgard Purley Way went above and beyond, great communication, nothing was too much trouble and he helped us plan moving in the entire contents of our home as we move between houses. I can truly say I haven't had customer service from a business this good in years!

Professional and outstanding service from staff at Wokingham reception when we dropped by to take a look and eventually decided to rent a storage unit, a pleasant customer visit indeed. The warehouse is well maintained and convenient for us to get stuff in and out using Shurgard apps. Upon completion of the contract, staff are polite and friendly to answer our questions so it is a hassle-free experience. We will use Shurgard again in future.
