Shurgard Self Storage - Deptford

It was so lovely to meet Tim! We were so worried to use the self storage for the first time and had a lot of questions. Tim welcomed us warmly and invited on a great tour around the building. He explained in detail how the security works, as well as the app. We were able to choose the best size and felt happy with the moderate monthly price. I've been to better self storages. This one you can't enter with the code they give you - they've removed all keypads - so you're forced to download and app that also doesn't work half the time. There's no one there to support you and there aren't nearly enough trolleys to cary everyone's stuff. The lifts are dodgy too, but I guess ultimately they do the job. Overall, I've seen better.
