Shurgard Self Storage - Epsom

Recently looked into storage options and came across Shurgard Epsom. Had a few issues with unit size and not realizing they were automated which we weren’t told on the phone when booking. We were also told we needed to go to Surbiton branch to sign contracts which we were unable to do. Chris from Surbiton branch came to Epsom and sorted everything from showing us around various unit sizes to choose the correct one for our needs, to ensuring the payments were sorted and checking in on us a week later. Shurgard you need to give Chris a raise, he is the most helpful, friendly employee and an asset to your business.

My partner and I have a storage unit at the Epsom branch. I needed some assistance and dealt with Chris who could not have been more helpful and accommodating. He was very approachable and ensured our needs were met. Can't thankyou enough.

Great service from the guys, Epsom doesn’t have an office so had to go to the Surbiton one which isn’t bad, everything was signed and sorted within 5 minutes and when it came to leaving everything was just as efficient. Had to extend my leaving date 6 days past my invoice due date but I spoke to the guys in Surbiton and they sorted it all so I only paid for those 6 days. Could not recommend them enough! Thanks guys
