Kayla provided excellent advice about my long standing account with Shurgard and she helped me to sort out insurance for my unit. Kayla was helpful, professional and polite. She then advised me to download the app and answered all my questions on compressing the volume of the goods in my unit. Kayla did not solicit this feedback, in fact I had to insist.

It was my first time renting any storage unit. Initially Taj explained how the app works over the phone. And at the storage, James showed us how things work and answered any questions I had. He was very friendly and super helpful. Brilliant customer service!! Thank you.
