I'm happy to leave a five star review - had a very easy booking experience, guided tour to establish the best size - I went for 65 rather than 50 because it was small price difference. Friendly efficient team. Very clean throughout and easy access with app. Thanks!

Would like to thank Kayla for her professionality and great customer service throughout my time as a customer at Shurgard Forest Hill. What could have been a very stressful experience was made a lot better knowing that she was ready to help when she was on site! Everything was made very clear when I opened my unit and Kayla made sure to go through all proceedures until closing the unit. Thank you!

I didn’t have a clue what I was doing and Thaj really went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Gave me a tour of the units and explained everything clearly. Super friendly and super helpful. 10/10
