The experience at the actual storage was good. Semira was wonderful and she guided me to select the right size space. However the online/telephone team were not great at all. I initially called to reserve a place, but said I need to see it before booking it. I called on Friday to schedule a visit for Monday morning. During this time the sales team called me probably around 5 times. Even after I went to the location on Monday and signed the contract, they still continued to call me 3 more times. When I asked them to just leave a note so that I don't get called unnecessarily, they said there is nothing they can do about it. Honestly worst telephone service I have ever experienced

Fab customer service from Farid, reassuring, funny, answered all my questions and helped me change my reservation. I came to see the units in person and was in and out in 30min, reassured I’ll be able to switch on the day if the unit is too tight. First time using storage but the app access and no minimum term stand out vs what I have seen from competition.
