Experience was a pleasant one, I have no complaints. Just compliments to the helpful staff, especially lady at reception Patrice. She was very helpful and helping me settling into my storage a very confusing time for me it was very important.

Incredible customer service from all the team at Kennington! From opening my unit, to giving the best price for my storage, to suggesting removal services around London .. the list goes on! Kennington Shurgard was my first storage unit and everyone there was superb. Especially when downloading my app for access on my phone. I couldn’t thank Patrice enough for going above and beyond, moving house is so stressful and she was so professional, calm and reassuring.

Who knew self storage could be such a joy? The manager Patrice was absolutely brilliant. She advised on the best offers, called on the morning of check-in to make sure I had everything I needed and was super helpful when I arrived. When a customer in front of me had forgotten their unit number, Patrice knew it by heart. Unbelievable customer service.
