Customer service the best I’ve had in years and I’ve maintained a unit here since 2019. Ray was quite helpful in helping me understand the new app and way to access my unit. The other young lady at the desk was polite and lovely as well. Great job!!!

Great customer service from Ray today. I needed a unit at short notice. Ray showed me the sizes of available units and I got it booked, easy process (I came prepared with my ID). I've used other storage providers before, Shurgard so far have exceeded expectations.

Recently moved and needed some storage. Decided to see what was being offered and dropped in. Ray took the time to show us around and presented all the options. He’s an absolute star. Literally ready to jump out of his seat to accommodate customers. Highly recommended! Terrific experience.
