Took a 30 sq ft unit at Shurgards Euston location - very happy with the service, the site clean tidy and easily accessible - Special thanks to Ayman who handled my booking and helped me out this morning

My unit (and many others) was broken into and robbed - supposedly by another customer. The lift was broken on move-in and move-out, so I had to use the stairs which had water leaking into a bucket making moving awful. No warning about the broken lift on the website when choosing the floor. Charged for an extra month despite moving out fully 3 days before renewal. Awful service, avoid at all costs. Edit: after the manager reached out and offered to refund me due to the poor experience, I have reconsidered my rating.

Would like to leave a 5 stars review for Darren the store manager, he was very very helpful and friendly! He even helped me on a Friday night out of work hours when I had some trouble getting in. Cheap and spacious place, 24 hours self access. Can drive your car into the main entrance under shelter. They also have loading trolleys available, makes moving so much easier.

Amazing service, great communication and very helpful aproach from Annette made me feel comfortable and at ease while going through the process of renting the unit. Highly recommend.
