The facility is top notch. High quality and efficient setup. Customer service is even better. My point of contact was Chris and he was extremely helpful. Resolved a couple of initial stumbling blocks and simply made my experience as a customer very pleasant. He is knowledgeable and proactive, I was really impressed. All my questions were answered, so besides a competitive price, my decision to go with this storage unit was largely driven by the excellent service. A great experience, a helpful team and Khaya was amazing. So friendly and helpful and showed me around answering all of my questions. Was a pleasure to rent a small storage unit for a few personal belongings in preparation with moving in the next few months and at a great price too. It really has helped ease my mind on a lot of things and the trolleys helped speed things along. The security is great, the units are clean and the availability of hours to access my unit is useful too. I would highly recommend this storage facility in Surbiton and I would use them again in the future.

Very helpful and knowledgeable service from Scott at the desk. Got the best deal for me and explained all procedures concisely, showed me where everything was and how to use all security door systems. Very good service, would recommend!
