Shurgard Self Storage - Surbiton

Great experience renting 2 units at this Shurguard! 100% recommended. I'd never rented a storage unit before, and both Scott and Chris were super helpful and explained everything.

The facility is top notch. High quality and efficient setup. Customer service is even better. My point of contact was Chris and he was extremely helpful. Resolved a couple of initial stumbling blocks and simply made my experience as a customer very pleasant. He is knowledgeable and proactive, I was really impressed. All my questions were answered, so besides a competitive price, my decision to go with this storage unit was largely driven by the excellent service. A great experience, a helpful team and Khaya was amazing. So friendly and helpful and showed me around answering all of my questions. Was a pleasure to rent a small storage unit for a few personal belongings in preparation with moving in the next few months and at a great price too. It really has helped ease my mind on a lot of things and the trolleys helped speed things along. The security is great, the units are clean and the availability of hours to access my unit is useful too. I would highly recommend this storage facility in Surbiton and I would use them again in the future.

Fantastic team! Was being helped by Khaya, when visiting to rent storage. Showed me several options and was very friendly throughout! Same for his colleague who was around as well. Spaces are very clean. Would definitely recommend when looking for storage space 👍
