Shurgard Self Storage - Woolwich

Generally had a decent experience with Shurgard Woolwich certainly their staff are very good and conscientious hence 3 stars. However Shurgard has to deal with the pest issue. I came to take my things out of storage yesterday and discovered I had had a mice infestation. The manager was quick to get me the form to make an insurance claim and emailed all the additional info I would need. Will now have to go through the process of making a claim, clean and disinfect what I can and bin the rest which includes my mattress. There is a reason they DON’T allow you to store food in their units!

Super easy sign up, clean facilities and felt quite secure. Mark was awesome and a super huge help! Got us in and out and signed up for exactly what we needed, quickly and kindly.

Had a really fantastic experience renting a locker here. Very clean and tidy facility. Easy access to the site using mobile app. Top notch customer service. They even waived the lock drilling fee when I lost my key. Only closed my account because I moved city.

I just rang short guard Nathan in my Woolwich assistant manager very nice young gentleman very professional love dealing with him really friendly. I’m still my questions and put my mind at ease. Very very happy customer.
