Shurgard Self Storage - Woolwich

I want to acknowledge Fred’s service at the Woolwich branch! He was super helpful and very considerate when I had a query. He got back to me ever so promptly and really made the whole process super easy. I had a bit of an issue which helped me deal with and I cannot thank him enough!

I came in to check in on my storage on 21/6/25 after having spent 18 months in Australia and having unfortunately lost my keys. I met Bret at the reception who was absolutely fantastic and not only did he help me get access to the storage facility but also provided me with a new lock and key. And all this was done within 10 minutes. However, he did verify all my details including checking my passport before allowing me access to the storage which was commendable. He was working alone on a hot summer day and still had a pleasant and cheerful demeanour. I was really nervous as I had lost the keys but thanks to Bret, my visit to the storage facility was seamless and super easy.

Fred was really helpful and informative when showing me around the storage unit. He ensured he reminded me about the relevant process of getting in and out. He was very patient with me when I explained I hadn’t downloaded the app. The team as a whole are lovely polite individuals.
