Michelle was very helpful during the termination of my contract, I felt supported and the process was very smooth. Jamaal aslo helped me a lot with my storage unit and showed me how to use my locker properly.

6 months after moving my stuff into this storage unit they have tried to hit me with a 33% price increase on the base rental, meanwhile still advertising a bigger unit on their site for the same price as my original rate. Staff on the phone are unhelpful and have not followed up by email as promised when I queried the price increase saying it was unaffordable. There are never any trolleys to use and the parking is very tight - hard to get a van bigger than a zip van in. If I was going to do this again I’d use another storage unit further out with much more space. Update - previously had 1 star but moving to 3 after Boris phoned and sorted a discount on the price increase - thanks. Still not sure why the price has increased though. They have also now got many more trolleys so that’s not an issue and was only temporary

I was having difficulty getting access to my unit when I was using the app. I went into the office and a member of staff, I believe her name was Michelle helped me to reset my account and double checked to make sure it was working properly before i left. Excellent customer service.
