I recently had the pleasure of using this storage facility, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. The facility is clean, secure, and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and access my items. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by Dorcas. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and ensuring I had everything I needed. Her friendly and professional attitude made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. Fantastic Big Yellow Self Storage office! I’ve been using their units for almost a year now and the service I’ve received so far has been excellent. The units are well placed, reasonably priced. I’ve been able to access to the units until 11pm, which has been very useful, as I live and work in London. The staff are all always very professional and friendly. I’d like to give a speak thanks to the manager, Ernest, who has always been really helpful, professional and supportive with all queries from my family and I. Also, thanks to Alex who has been helpful too! I’d highly recommend using this Self Storage company if you’re looking to store stuff in the Bedfordshire region. I’ve recommend this branch to a few friends and they’ve also found it really good!
