We had a brilliant experience. Pam initially set up our storage unit account and it was an easy process. She was helpful and informative. The unit was a perfect size for us and the unit and lock provided felt secure. Today, we emptied the unit and closed our account. Steve was helpful and made it quick and easy. We have had a refund processed for the days we didn't use during the month.

Nothing but great things to say about Armadillo Macclesfield. Having been a business customer 16 years they honestly look after their customers. Great service, really helpful staff. Special mention to all the team - Liam, Stephen (ph) and Pam. Customer service is definitely one of their strong points. Armadillo Storage was exceptionally helpful over our needs for last minute storage, especially Liam who went above and beyond to help us as we live out of the country. Their booking system is also very efficient and easy to follow, and they gave us complete reassurance our belongings would be safe in their hands. Pam's help was amazing and she gladly showed me around many many units. I would recommend going in with an open mind and a couple of hours spare. It's a big place and it can get busy in their office.
