Shurgard Self Storage - Maidenhead

My storage unit is in Surbiton but my call was taken by Carina from the Maidenhead branch. She was really great and answered all of my questions politely and professionally without loosing any of her personality which still shone through. The whole Shurgard team were exceptionally helpful when using there storage facility. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. Karina on the front desk was especially brilliant in helping me find the best solutions for my storage needs. For me great service goes a long way and that is exactly what I got here at the Maidenhead location.

I’ve had the fortunate experience of getting a young lad, Reece, on the phone twice now. Both times he’s been incredible with my difficult personal situations and additional needs. He’s very empathetic and understanding, patient and explains things very clearly! He will take as much time as you need without any pressure or sign of disinterest. Cannot express how appreciative I am for the kind and understanding service I received, if I could pick who answers each time I would choose Reece!

I called today and spoke to Carina as I received an email saying that there was going to be a change in my invoice. She was very helpful and gave me the options available to me. I am very pleased with Shurguards and the excellent customer care I received from Carina today.
