Storage units can be upgraded or downgraded very easily and the prices are reasonable and very competitive.

Very good 1st experience here. I have never used storage services ever before and the front desk lady helped me a lot and explained everything clearly. She gave me a call after I got the quote & was very friendly, competent and supportive (I asked her so many questions that might be basic & daft to someone else). I'd recommend this place, great value for money & friendly staff. The only thing I found a bit inconvenient is the opening hours. If they could be extended to 8pm instead of 6pm, it would be very helpful for working people & to avoid the traffic jam.

Fantastic customer service across the board, had a unit for 8 months in total and every single person I spoke to/assisted me was always happy to help, incredibly knowledgable and personable. If i ever need a storage unit again - I know exactly where I will be going! Great value too, facilities are nice and easy and the app is simple to navigate. Absolutely no issues what so ever :)

The experience of using this storage place was fantastic and I will not hesitate to use it again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. On the first day I was shown round and explained how to access the site out of hours. The site is secure, dry and clean. The indoor loading ramp is great particularly with Manchester weather.

Having never placed any items in storage previously I didn't know what to expect. However the staff at the Manchester branch were very helpful and friendly and explained everything to me. They also took me to view the storage facilities which are clean, dry and clearly very secure. The storage price is reasonable too. Very pleased with the overall service provided. 😁
