Big Yellow Self Storage - Manchester

I cannot recommend this yellow store enough. The staff are so wonderful and friendly and have been a massive support throughout my whole process with them. Daniel, Amber,Stefan and Donna are all incredible- friendly, supportive and approachable- absolute legends and I cant thank them enough. If you need to store in Manchester, I recommend them above all other storage units in Manchester. Staff are a credit to the company and this storage unit is five star. A personal thank you from me to all the staff- you made a really emotional move feel a lot lighter and your humour and kindness meant more than you can know! Thank you all so much!

Amber and Stefan saved our lives today. We needed a cardboard box for shipping and they helped us out. Best customer service probably in the universe. If Big Yellow are reading this these guys deserve a raise. Fantastic. Thank you.

Donna- after my online check in and quote Donna called me to go through the process and make sure I was aware of everything. Stefan- I was so delighted by the courteous reception shown by Stefan when arriving at Big Yellow. As this was an emergency to have my things stored and it was my first time putting things into storage. He explained everything to me in detail and reassured me that my stuff was going to be safe which put my mind at ease. Both assistants made the process and visit easy and they were both so helpful and professional I will definitely be using Big Yellow Storage again !

Did a delivery here the other day, what brilliant service. From when we arrived at the entrance and shown where to park, (which was a lovely spotles inside area) to the fantastic and jolly young lady Amber Kerr who tipped our delivery, what a breath of fresh air 😃, credit to the company. The country needs people like her. 👍

Couldn't recommend this place more. Amber & Donna on reception made everything so easy and enjoyable at the same time. The space was exactly what we needed and great value for money.
