5 stars would be enough for the facilities alone, but paired with the team that work here I'd give 6. You couldn't meet more helpful, patient & kind people anywhere you go - who somehow managed to make the universally terrible experience of moving house simple & stress free. Thanks to Donna, Danny, Stefan and Amber for everything you do.

I cannot recommend this yellow store enough. The staff are so wonderful and friendly and have been a massive support throughout my whole process with them. Daniel, Amber,Stefan and Donna are all incredible- friendly, supportive and approachable- absolute legends and I cant thank them enough. If you need to store in Manchester, I recommend them above all other storage units in Manchester. Staff are a credit to the company and this storage unit is five star. A personal thank you from me to all the staff- you made a really emotional move feel a lot lighter and your humour and kindness meant more than you can know! Thank you all so much!

Donna- after my online check in and quote Donna called me to go through the process and make sure I was aware of everything. Stefan- I was so delighted by the courteous reception shown by Stefan when arriving at Big Yellow. As this was an emergency to have my things stored and it was my first time putting things into storage. He explained everything to me in detail and reassured me that my stuff was going to be safe which put my mind at ease. Both assistants made the process and visit easy and they were both so helpful and professional I will definitely be using Big Yellow Storage again !
