Both were friendly, cooperative, and informative from the moment I walked in. They took the time to understand my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I was given the product that would best suit me, rather than just trying to make a sale. It’s rare to find staff so genuinely committed to helping customers, and their approach made me feel valued and confident in my purchase. Their professionalism and warm demeanor were truly appreciated. This kind of service makes all the difference. I left feeling satisfied and well taken care of. Excellent service and price over the last few days at Shurgard in Milton Keynes. Upon arrival, Eugene Langlais warmly explained and demonstrated all the necessary procedures and know-how for accessing and using the storage facility. Facility seems very secure, professionally managed, and trolleys and lifts made it easy to transport goods in and out. Price with promotion very reasonable. I also had a mix up in the communication surrounding the initial fees but Eugene was able to chase and resolve this for me. Very satisfied customer.

This storage place is absolutely amazing. I was at another place and they dramatically increased their fees so I came across Shurgard MK and I was impressed by how easy their website was and how it all looked bright. A lady called Samantha helped to move me in and she went above and beyond to help me. The whole 'check in' process took 10 mins max including being shown where my room was and at the other place, it had taken over an hour to get everything right before I could start moving my things in. She was friendly, knowledgeable and really professional - a credit to your company! My partner was looking potentially for storage too and she showed us different styles and sizes of storage which was really helpful. It's really clean, it's easy to move around with the trolleys, the lift works and is easy to call and it's really bright inside. Lots of parking available and easy to find. I'd recommend this place to anyone as it's amazing and such a great business. Thank you for being so kind to me and helpful.

Excellent service! Sam was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable and went out of her way to make the tour informative and easy. She answered all my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this storage facility!
