Absolutely no issues what so ever, I downsized the room with zero issues at all. Handed the unit back today again with zero issues. Madelyne we dealt with mainly but there is another gentleman we dealt with ere and there but both staff members could not be faulted at any stage of my rental period. Prices are more than fair and staff are very polite and professional Highly recommend

Very smooth and stress free removal due to having our storage here. The lady in reception was very helpful.

Great storage facility and reasonably priced. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. When I began using the service, the staff answered every little question I had. They even suggested when it was appropriate to downsize when those options were available to help save me some money. Cancelling was super straight forward too, just popped in and gave 7 days notice and jobs a good'n. Would definitely use them in the future if needed and recommend them to anyone.

Very simple and straightforward to access the facility. 90% of the time you can get parked in one of the three loading bays. Toilets on the ground floor. Can't really comment on their prices as the unit I use is paid for by my employer.
