I've had an excellent experience with Access Storage in Edmonton. The facility is , secure, and well-maintained — but what really sets it apart is the outstanding customer service. Asmi and Dave are absolutely incredible. They're always friendly, professional, and go out of their way to make things easy and stress-free. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with move-in logistics, or just being available when needed, they consistently go the extra mile. You can tell they genuinely care about the people who use the facility. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a storage solution with staff who truly look out for you. Very Imressed with the professionalism of the team at this location. Very friendly and welcoming. Took time to show me the unit and explain the whole process. Also helps that the rates offered are very good.

Dave and his colleagues proved the best customer service that is second to none also the fact this is one of the cheapest and best storage units available and would pay 4 times the amount at another company. Best customer service best customer interest and customer retention.

Staff are incredibly friendly. Dave & Refat were extremely accommodating and made me feel welcome straight away

Greatly appreciate the customer service, they did really well in understanding my needs and removing any additional costs. I was due a couple of days of balance but the receptionist was kind enough to reduce the costs down for me. Will be returning again, had a great experience.
