I have now used Hornsey Access Storage twice, and once again, the service has been absolutely outstanding! This time, I had only an hour to organize everything, and Andrea went above and beyond to make it happen smoothly and efficiently. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and incredible organizational skills truly stood out. The entire team deserves credit for their supportive and seamless approach, ensuring a stress-free experience even under tight time constraints. I can’t recommend Hornsey Access Storage enough—exceptional service, every time! Thank you, Andrea, and the whole team for your dedication and hard work.

Absolutely brilliant experience with Access Self Storage! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly — nothing was too much trouble. They explained everything clearly, offered great advice, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, secure, and easy to navigate, but it’s really the team that makes it five stars. I felt completely looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend!

What a pleasure it was to work with Dan Skinner and his team - Unfortunately, I had to sell my property and move into parents whilst my purchase went through and it dragged on and on… Dan was always on hand to speak to and made sure the process went smoothly. The price was competitive (cheapest I had been quoted) and I felt my belongings were in trusted hands. I’ve now finally purchased my forever home and May never need storage again, but if I do, I’ll be a returning customer for sure. Thanks again Dan, your kind but caring approach won our business 👍

Everyone here is so amazing, friendly and very professional. We had a lot of back and forth (sorry Andrea…) but she was so patient with everything, spent ages comparing prices, checking units, trying to get us the best deal and make sure it was all fair and transparent. We were tempted to move elsewhere because of a very slightly cheaper price but it’s actually not worth it. The space we have here is premium (ground floor and high ceilings) plus it’s worth staying for the communication and team. Thanks Dan and Andrea once again

I’ve stored in many places over the years and Dan and the team at access Hornsey are 100% the best people to look after my needs. Nothing’s ever a problem for them, prices are competeitive and it’s such an easy store to use. 10/10.
