Have had my storage lock up here for 3 years now and although have found cheaper storage companies, I wouldn’t take that gamble. 24 hour access and they have been more than helpful when my bank account was blocked and my payment was a week late. Very understanding and accommodating to long terms customers!

I have been using this storage for a few years now. Everything is ok however when you want to do 24hrs and you then have to email them early to do so. If there was an option on the app to allow us to do this hassle free would be easier since sometimes I want to go use it last minute during the night to get some items but can’t due to having to email them early for out of hour use
