Access Storage was very convenient for me. The people were super nice and gave me the best advice for choosing the right size of room I needed. It was super easy and they also allowed me to view in person the storage unit that suited me the most prior to choosing one.

Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service we’ve just experienced at Access in Wembley. Hayden and everyone at front desk was welcoming, friendly and laughed at our jokes which is always appreciated. Humour aside, I arrived with a car packed full of stuff whilst I move home, and Hayden was so helpful in getting a new account registered as well as showing us the facilities so I could choose the appropriate size storage needed. The building and spaces are clean, fabulous access from your car to the goods lift and then from there to your storage unit. Honestly we were in and out in just over an hour and a half - fully registered and half filled my storage unit, ready for the next batch tomorrow!
