Thank you thank you thank you, Wioleta, for being so amazingly helpful and friendly and wonderful while I was trying to co-ordinate closing my storage unit (after 17 years!) from another continent – and then continuing to be so amazing once I'd arrived in the UK for a flying visit to pack everything up and get it shipped in the space of two days. Your kindness and help made a challenging situation so much easier to deal with and I'm truly grateful to you for that! Thank you, too, to Abdi for all your help once I was at the unit – nothing was too much trouble for you, and your helpfulness and friendliness was also much appreciated! Thank you, Wembley Storage – you made what could have been a really stressful situation so much more pleasant! Forever grateful to you!

Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service we’ve just experienced at Access in Wembley. Hayden and everyone at front desk was welcoming, friendly and laughed at our jokes which is always appreciated. Humour aside, I arrived with a car packed full of stuff whilst I move home, and Hayden was so helpful in getting a new account registered as well as showing us the facilities so I could choose the appropriate size storage needed. The building and spaces are clean, fabulous access from your car to the goods lift and then from there to your storage unit. Honestly we were in and out in just over an hour and a half - fully registered and half filled my storage unit, ready for the next batch tomorrow!

Access team were brilliant and extremely helpful. Very clear in what I needed to do and how everything worked. Good price, especially with the first time customer offer
