While another employee helped me set up the initial contract, when it came time to end it, Tom was incredibly understanding and helpful over the phone. He made the process quick, easy, and completely stress-free. It’s rare to get such friendly and genuine service these days, but Tom really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

All good so far - very helpful showing me around and the set up. Handy loading bay and trolleys were always available. Just about squeezed everything from 18 years in a small 3 bed into a 125 locker. Maybe I should have gone for next size up but, panic over, and all in there

We used Access Self Storage for a couple of months while in the middle of a house move. They allowed us to reserve a unit which would fit our needs without payment, and amend the start date as the house move was delayed. Signing up was straightforward, and the unit and premises are clean and cool in temperature. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Super easy to get signed up. Also had an offer on for first 3 months. Staff very helpful and made it easy. Made our move so much easier and saved tons of money with doing all ourselves. What else you need. Highly recommend.
