We have only had the best ever experience at Access Storage! From the very beginning, staff have been extremely friendly, accommodating and above all else, very professional and efficient. We have recently changed storage spaces here to a slightly smaller one, after decluttering and this process was made very smooth indeed by the immense support we received once again from these Storage Staff Entrepreneurs! Excellent customer service, both on the phone (Jamie) and in the office (Tom). Answered all my questions very swiftly, they were very open and transparent and we sorted out the contract in less than 20 minutes, including a tour of the units. Plus, I got a fabulous discount for the forat 4 months. I highly reccomend them!
