Tom and all the team at Access Storage Northampton are superb. Helpful, thoughtful, supportive, knowledgeable and focused on the needs of the individual customer. They supported me throughout my storage requirements and were of immense help when an elderly relative had to go into the unit to find what was basically a needle in a haystack. Access Northampton, Tom and the team are a credit to the company, an asset to Northampton and made my time with Access simple and straight forward. With many thanks for also making the cancellation so easy. Once they knew it wasn't price and merely the need was over it couldn't have been simpler. Just all round excellent

Super easy to get signed up. Also had an offer on for first 3 months. Staff very helpful and made it easy. Made our move so much easier and saved tons of money with doing all ourselves. What else you need. Highly recommend.

I had my belongings stored at access for just over three months and I have to say the team are excellent. Tom, Rafael and Darren are Really friendly and helpful. I was showed how to set the app up, and even did me a deal when I had to extend my time. Always polite and friendly when going into to the unit. Taking trollies back and just generally helpful. Highly recommend.

I had booked a locker with ready steady storage, got there, spent 40 minutes trying to get in and no one was answering when I went to reception. We gave up, went to access (I didn't initially as it was more expensive), I'm so glad I did, I was able to set up a storage locker pretty much as soon as I got there (with 2 forms of ID). The guy explained it all there and then, let me load my stuff on to a trolly and then took me to my locker. The access code process is also much better and they had carts/trolleys to help with getting my stuff in to storage. I'm pretty sure it is air conditioned in there as well, it's been nice and cold every time I've gone in (during this warmer weather). Overall very brilliant :)

Tom and Darren were very nice and helpful. They explained clearly how the storage works and assisted me in setting up an account and how to access the storage. Not that I don't know how to create an account. I was just exhausted due to having to pack all by myself in moving out.
