Access is a great storage choice in Nottingham, based close to the train station. The staff were very helpful via phone and email when I queried setting up a unit, and Otis was very friendly when I arrived to finalise this. The staff are happy to help and provided a map on how to find our unit. You can also buy packing items from them or locks for your unit at reasonable prices. Moving items to the storage unit is easy with a large parking area directly in the building, two large lifts and trolleys available for moving items to your unit. The corridors are clean, good sized and well lit. Our unit was clearly labelled, with a sturdy door and a good size.

Otto and Otis have been exceptional. Their helpful friendly professionalism made the choice for our storage needs simple. There really was no other viable choice. Thanks guys! Here’s to a stress-free next four months.

Today I was served by a lovely staff member named Otto. He was very welcoming from the first moment I walked in. He was very patient with me and made me aware of the best way to get my moneys worth with the storage. I would definitely come back to this store just purely based on Otto’s excellent customer service skills.

Great and friendly staff. Really understanding and polite! Was welcomed by two staff members Otis and Otto who go by O2, who were great help! And the next day a staff member i didn't manage to catch his name stayed an extra ten minutes over closing as i ran over the closing time by accident and was super understanding.
