Great and friendly staff. Really understanding and polite! Was welcomed by two staff members Otis and Otto who go by O2, who were great help! And the next day a staff member i didn't manage to catch his name stayed an extra ten minutes over closing as i ran over the closing time by accident and was super understanding.

Great, friendly service. All staff pleasant on the phone. Send information promptly. Went in to book and see unit with Liam. Explained everything clearly. Great offers too. Definitely recommend.

Today I was served by a lovely staff member named Otto. He was very welcoming from the first moment I walked in. He was very patient with me and made me aware of the best way to get my moneys worth with the storage. I would definitely come back to this store just purely based on Otto’s excellent customer service skills.

What a brilliant team, all.so polite, helpful and friendly. The storage facilities are very clean, easily accessible, all in all everything very straightforward. Really good deal too. Can't remember all the names of the staff that helped me along the way, so just to say a huge thank you to all for your help. Otis helped when I gave notice and was there when I had emptied the unit. Thank you to you too Otis, people like you and your colleagues restore my faith in human nature. Certainly know who to contact if I need help in the future..... Access Storage on Queens Rd of course!
